Meet EczAI

Support that knows its limits

EczAI is for educational and emotional support only. It may be wrong, can’t diagnose, and isn’t a doctor or therapist. Check with a clinician for medical advice.

Choose what you record
Log the symptoms, routines, and mood details that feel useful. Leave anything else blank.
Delete your data or your account
Clear your tracking data and keep your account, or delete the account itself. Both controls are available in Profile.
EczAI has clear limits
It can offer educational and emotional support, but it may be wrong, cannot diagnose, and does not replace a clinician.
AI requests use limited context
Eczie is designed to reduce personal details before an AI request is sent and limit it to context relevant to the response.Pending legal + implementation verification

Before you decide

Questions, answered honestly

A companion app for living with eczema: quick symptom and routine check-ins, trends and possible patterns from your own logs, a guided journal, and EczAI for educational or emotional support — track, understand, talk.

No. Eczie is a tracker offering educational support alongside your clinician. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and it can't tell you what causes your flares.

A bounded AI companion with two modes — Skin Coach for educational questions about routines and patterns, and Emotional Support for difficult days. It may be wrong, it can't diagnose, and you should check anything medical with a clinician.

You choose what to log, and personal details are minimized before any AI request. Photos are stored on your device. EczAI messages are sent for processing so a reply can be generated, so they are not handled entirely on your phone — the full data-flow explanation lives on the privacy page.Pending legal + implementation verification

Yes — both, from inside the app. You can clear your tracking data and keep the account, or delete the account entirely with a typed confirmation. Deletion can't reach copies held in your own device backups.
